    Thanks to feedback from some of CCD’s visitors - and a few calls I’ve had myself - here’s a further list of numbers being added.

    Whilst there isn’t a full database in operation I’m afraid that I haven’t listed where these calls come from - but they’re all the type of calls that you simply don’t want to phone back if you’ve been called from them - that’s for sure!

      i’ve just received a call from them. hung up when i answered. so i did some research on the net.
      the number 0844556002 belongs to a company called CONTACT4.
      they are a call centre that deal with incoming and outgoing sales calls for numerous companies.
      i have emailed their contact listed online to have my number removed. don’t think they will though. my number has been registered with PTS for 3 months so they shouldn’t be calling.

      no idea what to do now. any suggestions?

      I just a call from O2. 08000641087. I am acustomer and they were asking for personal details. think i gave too many away but not bank nos. is this a scam and is there anything i can do?

      no mo its a place call lbm in manchester there are 3 call centres it is not a scam i used to work for them the data is just loaded into a dialler get on the tps and the data comes from your own company not lbm they are secure with your details there are no paper or pens in the center they r a reputable company

      have had numerous calls from 08450554454

      It rings once then nothing. Have seen the number on the list and am ignoring it but they are annoying. Tried calling it from a land line and it appears DEAD. Just wondering if it’s one of those that when you reply tags you onto premium rated calls. any ideas!?

      got a call from lbm from this number, “as i am an O2 customer” while talking to them on my “virgin” mobile phone. They must think the public was born yesterday to believe their unfortunate unprofessional marketing practices.

      if this has happened to u then send a complaint to the data protection act people. they must be getting their info from somewhere.
